My name is Meagan Provines. I grew up in Illinois and went to Michigan State Univserity for my undergraduate history degree.
Currently, I teach 9th Grade World Geography at Osbourn High School in Manassas, VA. I love teaching World Geography because I am able to expose new cultures and areas of the world to the students. It is my hope that they will be inspired to learn more or travel to a place or topic we talked about in class.
This summer I got married in Chicago and honeymooned in Central America. I love to travel and learn about the world. I am a People to People Student Ambassadors Leader and will be traveling to England and France chaperoning a group of middle school students next summer. I love intertwining travel with world geography and history.
